I'm a marketing operations leader and go-to-market engineer with over a decade of experience building the systems, processes, and pipelines that turn marketing strategy into measurable revenue. I work at the intersection of data, automation, and growth — architecting the martech infrastructure that ambitious teams run on, and increasingly embedding AI into everyday operations.
Most recently I was Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Webflow (remote, from Austin, TX), operating as a platform engineer across the full go-to-market stack — lead lifecycle, data pipelines, enrichment, conversion tracking, and consent — writing production automation in Python, SQL, and JavaScript. Before Webflow I held the same role at Intellimize (acquired by Webflow in 2024), and prior to that spent three years at Fountain, where I built a full Marketo instance from scratch, implemented multi-touch attribution, and engineered end-to-end demand generation infrastructure.
I've managed millions in ad spend, delivered conversion lifts that others said weren't possible, and built the reporting systems that give leadership the clarity they need. I hold an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University and certifications across Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

A brief-to-launch pipeline that turns a campaign brief into a live Marketo program (smart campaign and email) and a published Webflow CMS landing page, with a Slack app for status and one-click approvals. Saves roughly 2 hrs per campaign (about 50 hrs per month).
Conversational URL / UTM Builder
Replaced a rigid UTM form with a Claude-powered URL/UTM builder (later embedded in Slack via Mopsy) that enforces tracking governance while auto-populating the backend. Org-wide use saves about 15 min per link (around 10 hrs per week).
Mopsy — AI Slack Agent
An AI Slack agent on an extensible skill framework that triages ops requests, completing them or routing to the right owner. Designed to save the team an estimated 3 to 5 hrs per day.
6sense Decommission + Clay Waterfall
Drove the full 6sense decommission ahead of contract end, standing up 5 replacement tools and designing a multi-vendor Clay enrichment waterfall (leads and accounts) to replace it.
GTM / Segment Decoupling
Led a cross-functional, compliance-critical rebuild decoupling Google Tag Manager from Segment (Consent Mode V2, GDPR/DMA), shipped ahead of schedule with zero incidents.
Salesforce to Marketo Custom Object
Engineered a Salesforce-to-Marketo custom object piping Webflow Workspace data into Marketo for the first time, enabling segmentation by plan and ARR, churn-risk targeting, and real-time onboarding triggers.

Martech Architecture & Vendor Strategy
Evaluates, selects, and migrates between vendors. Led 6sense → Clay migration, ZoomInfo/Clearbit comparisons, and Reachdesk rollout. Negotiates contracts and manages the full vendor lifecycle including non-renewals.
Data Enrichment Engineering
Designs multi-vendor waterfall architectures in Clay with AI-powered normalization, conditional logic, and Google Maps validation. Owns the full enrichment lifecycle: Segment → Clearbit → Snowflake and SFDC → Clay → Marketo.

Builds end-to-end Marketo programs — nurtures, scoring models, custom objects. Manages MQL logic and Marketo–SFDC sync integrity. Troubleshoots complex lead routing and scoring edge cases.

Architects offline conversion pipelines (Census → Google/Bing/LinkedIn), manages GTM deployment across 10+ ad and analytics platforms, and configures enhanced conversions and CAPI integrations.

Owns the GTM container, leads Segment → GTM migration, configures consent management (Transcend), and validates GA4/BigQuery data exports — and has driven a full website analytics replatforming.
